Overview:

We are a dynamic Customer Engagement Platform agency looking for an enthusiastic and driven intern to join our team as a Junior CRM Manager. This remote internship is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in CRM strategies and technologies, particularly in servicing clients in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in CRM Strategy Development: Support in developing and implementing CRM strategies under the guidance of senior CRM managers.
  • Data Management Support: Help manage and analyze customer data to enhance customer interactions and insights.
  • Campaign Assistance: Contribute to the planning and execution of CRM campaigns, including monitoring and analyzing performance.
  • Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings and assist in preparing presentations and reports.
  • Learning and Development: Actively engage in learning opportunities to understand CRM best practices and tools.
  • Collaborative Projects: Work with various teams, including marketing, data analysis, and IT, to understand the integration of CRM in overall customer engagement strategies.
  • Compliance Awareness: Gain an understanding of data privacy regulations relevant to the GCC region.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A keen interest in CRM and digital marketing.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems and their application in business.
  • Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English; Arabic is a bonus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
