Overview:

Our agency, a leader in the field of customer engagement and marketing technology, is seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to oversee and enhance our CRM initiatives. This remote role focuses on servicing our clients in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM strategies and technologies, with a talent for creating compelling customer experiences and improving client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies to enhance client engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Data Management: Oversee the collection, analysis, and utilization of customer data to personalize and improve customer interactions.
  • System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of CRM systems with other customer engagement platforms and data sources.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute CRM campaigns, measuring and analyzing performance to optimize strategies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients and internal teams to align CRM strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on CRM tools and best practices.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure that all CRM activities comply with relevant data privacy regulations, particularly those relevant to the GCC region.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a CRM Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in a customer-focused industry.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software, preferably with hands-on experience with major CRM platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Outstanding communication skills, fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote work environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in team management.
