Overview:

We are a dynamic, forward-thinking Customer Engagement Platform agency seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our projects catering to our GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) customers. This remote role requires a proactive, organized individual who excels in cross-cultural communication and has a keen understanding of the nuances of marketing technology and customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage the implementation of Customer Engagement Platform projects from initiation to closure. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for GCC clients. Understand their needs, expectations, and provide regular updates throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams including data analysts, CRM specialists, IT professionals, and marketing strategists. Ensure effective collaboration and communication among team members.
  • Strategy Alignment: Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure that the Customer Engagement Platform aligns with the client’s overall marketing strategy and business goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Address and resolve issues that arise during the project.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and fulfill client requirements.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure that all project activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, particularly those related to data privacy in the GCC region.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in project management, preferably in a marketing technology or customer engagement platform setting.
  • Strong understanding of customer engagement platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact effectively with cross-cultural teams and GCC clients.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex projects in a remote environment.
  • Ability to travel as required for client meetings or team coordination (post-COVID restrictions).
